Maya Angelou put it best when she said, “There is no greater burden than bearing an untold story inside you.”

Maybe your untold story is the emptiness you feel on a daily basis. Maybe it’s the trauma you survived that left an imprint on your soul or an addiction that holds you captive even though you want to quit. Maybe it’s a broken relationship with your spouse, parent, or child.

Whatever your untold story may be, you don’t have to bear it alone. The Circle of Care is now offering individual, couple, and family therapy to the Greater Valley Area.

Meet our therapist.

Hi everyone, I’m Dylan, and I’m excited to work with you. I know that going to therapy takes courage and I admire you for making it this far. I’d love to have a chance to help you unpack your story and rewrite a new ending that you’re happy with.

You will have my unconditional positive regard no matter what you tell me in therapy. Expect to work with someone who’s empathetic, compassionate, and willing to push you when necessary. I believe everyone has the strength within them for change and I am passionate about helping others find that strength for themselves.

I grew up in Oklahoma but have loved calling Alabama home for the past few years. I’m currently getting my master’s degree at Auburn University (War Eagle!) but I am still happy to work with Alabama or Georgia fans. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, running, reading, traveling, and adventure.
