Therapy at The Circle of Care

We are now offering in-person as well as teletherapy counseling to keep you and your loved ones safe. Call (334)203-6924 for more information.

Maya Angelou put it best when she said, “There is no greater burden than bearing an untold story inside you.”

Maybe your untold story is the emptiness you feel on a daily basis. Perhaps it’s the trauma you survived that left an imprint on your soul or an addiction that holds you captive even though you want to quit. Maybe it’s a broken relationship with your spouse, parent, or child.

Whatever your untold story may be, you don’t have to bear it alone. The Circle of Care is now offering individual, couple, and family therapy to the Greater Valley Area.

What problems do you treat?

Our therapist intern can help you work through a variety of problems, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, marital conflict, communication problems, premarital counseling, family stress, and more.

Meet our therapist.

Hi everyone, my name is Kalyn, and I’m excited to work with you. I know that going to therapy takes courage and I admire you for making it this far. I’d love to have a chance to help you unpack your story and rewrite a new ending that you’re happy with.

You will have my unconditional positive regard no matter what you tell me in therapy. Expect to work with someone who’s empathetic, compassionate, and willing to push you when necessary. I am passionate about listening to people’s stories and helping them find freedom by taking steps in the right direction for them. As a marriage and family therapist, my hope is to see individuals, couples, and families move into greater fulfillment in life and meet their relationship goals.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree at Auburn University, where I also earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences. In my free time, I love cooking, listening to music, exploring new places, and getting outside.
