Our primary focus is on empowering noncustodial parents, predominantly fathers, to embrace their vital roles in their children’s lives. We go beyond prevention, actively removing barriers that hinder families from thriving. Through personalized career assessments, job training, and placement services, we equip parents with the skills and resources needed to secure employment, provide financial support, and nurture their children.
